Waisale Serevi has long been involved with youth and their development of fitness, knowledge, skill and character through the game of rugby.
The development of Serevi Rugby Nation affords the opportunity to support growth of the game among youth in emerging rugby communities.
Through his charitable foundation, Serevi will begin to provide qualifying youth organizations:

- Free player development clinics
- Free rugby uniforms kits & equipment
- Rugby field improvement and development grants
