    1. That all depends on your shipping selection and where you would like the package sent. For example a UPS Ground shipment from our warehouse in Seattle to the East Coast is 5 business days.
    1. No, we are currently developing a size chart for each product. We sourced our apparel line with the rugby player in mind, if you normally wear a Large in other brands, then you will wear a Large with Serevi Apparel.

    1. We hope that you are happy with your purchase from the Serevi® Shop. If, however, you need to return defective merchandise or to exchange your purchase for another product or size, please return the merchandise in question at your expense via UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL.

    1. • All purchases are final and will appear on credit card statements from Serevi LLC.

      We do not issue refunds for items purchased and processed. Items may be returned for product-for-product exchange within 14 days of the ship date listed on the packing slip. If an item that is purchased becomes out of stock due to a sale at an event, this is the only time a refund will be offered. 

      • Items returned for exchange must be in their original condition when returned. Soiled or damaged goods will be returned to the customer.

    1. Shipping within the United States will be carried out by Fedex, with an anticipated delivery time of 3-5 business days after the package leaves our warehouse. All shipping charges for orders shipped to addresses inside the United States will be determined at the time of order as a function of product weight and zip code. 

      You may also request 2nd or next day air for additional charges.

      We ship to addresses outside of the United States, its territories and US military post office boxes. International shipping rates apply, again as a function of product weight and exact destination. The recipient is solely responsible for all duties, taxes and other fees assessed at the border.
