• We do not issue refunds. Items may be returned for product-for-product exchange within 14 days of the ship date listed on the packing slip.

Shipping within the United States will be carried out by Fedex, with an anticipated delivery time of 3-5 business days after the package leaves our warehouse. All shipping charges for orders shipped to addresses inside the United States will be determined at the time of order as a function of product weight and zip code.
You may also request 2nd or next day air for additional charges.
We ship to addresses outside of the United States, its territories and US military post office boxes. International shipping rates apply, again as a function of product weight and exact destination. The recipient is solely responsible for all duties, taxes and other fees assessed at the border.
