Please note that we plan our staffing needs well in advance based on registrations. This allows us to ensure a safe and fun environment for all athletes.

Broadly Speaking

If you or your child is unable to attend the program after registering, you can apply the registration fee to a future Serevi Rugby program in the subsequent 18 months by emailing rugby@serevirugby.com. If you registered through a partner organization, please contact that organization directly about their refund policy.

Specifically

If you cancel before the day camp begins:

  • The program fee will be refunded, less a 20% non-refundable administrative fee per participant; or
     
  • You may be placed in another similar camp at a future date at no additional cost.


If you cancel the day camp begins or thereafter:

  • No portion of the camp fee will be refunded for any reason other than a non-camp related injury or sickness (with a doctor’s note). In case of injury or sickness, the camp fee will, minus the 20% administrative fee, be refunded on a prorated basis as determined by the number of sessions missed.
     
  • Refunds related to an in-camp injury will be considered on a case-by-case basis.


In General:

Refunds are processed based on the price paid at the time of purchase.

No partial or full refunds will be granted should a purchased camp subsequently be featured at a lower price.

If Serevi Rugby® cancels programming for whatever reason, full refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation. Please note that program locations are subject to change. Serevi Rugby® will attempt to notify you of any changes as quickly as possible. If our venue change does not work with your schedule, you may reschedule for another program or your payment will be refunded.
