Join us for an INCREDIBLE experience!! 

Train at the Olympic Training Center immersed in the USA National team environment.  Part of the USAR High Performance pathway, this High Performance Resident camp gives the full picture of what it takes to go for Gold.



Registration fees can be paid in one full payment or you may choose to pay the full amount over multiple installments if you are unable to pay in full immediately. Once the initial down payment is paid, recurring payments will be established.

-You’ve Been Identified as a standout player at one of out USAR Training Camps. Now we want to expose your talent and potential to National Team coaches. Creatively express your rugby identity alongside other stand out players while coaches use this opportunity to track and develop your progress.
-Nutrition Seminars define a high performance diet that maximizes training goals, teach the art of meal planning, help college athletes find the nutritious answers to the questionable dining halls, and emphasizes the differences between pre game and recovery eating.
-Age Specific Strength and Conditioning Seminars introduce athletes to workouts that directly correlate to the physical demands of rugby including speed, agility, endurance, and weight training.
-Video Sessions teach athletes how to break down and analyze game film. Athletes will learn how to recognize their personal strengths and weaknesses as well as read and understand their opponents.
-Daily Prehab Exercises teach athletes how to prioritize injury prevention, functional strength, and muscle activation.
-Recovery education opens the athletes’ eyes to the importance of the work done off the field which maximize training and competing potential.
-Raise Your Level of skill through progressive drills with increasing speed.
-Control and Manipulate your opposition with smart decision-making developed through game-like, situational games presented under increasing pressure.
-Test Your Skills in a full, game-like scrimmage at the end of the week.
-Eat on the same schedule from the same dining facilities as national team athletes.
-Sleep and wake up with the training mentality.
-Train on the same fields and in the same gym as national team athletes.
-Look The Part all week long in the exclusive Serevi Residency kit including on field and off field apparel for both warmer and cooler weather conditions.
-BetterNEVERStops even when training is over. Take home with you all the high performance education and scrimmage film on a Serevi flash drive so you can continue your way up the high performance pathway.

All accommodation, food, and ground transportation are included in camp fees.  You are responsible for booking and purchasing your own flights.  Please plan to arrive at the San Diego International Airport no later than 10:30 am on Monday June 16th and leave out of the San Diego International Airport after 2:00pm  on Friday June 20th.  You will be picked up and dropped off at the airport in accordance with these travel parameters.  Should you need to book flights outside of those parameters , you will need to arrange for your own ground transportation between the airport and Olympic Training Center.
