About the Crown

Rugby fans worldwide anointed Waisale Serevi the King of 7s™. It seemed only natural to let that drive our corporate logo. We took inspiration for the Serevi™ crown from South Seas royalty. Its horizontal black & white bands echo the iconic stripes of Fiji's rugby uniform. The crown's prongs suggest canoe paddles, acknowledging the rich voyaging traditions of Pacific Island people. As a nod to Serevi’s prowess in Sevens, the Serevi™ crown sometimes sits atop the Roman numeral VII. Long live the King!
